Greenlight / Redlight:
An interactive display that allows participants to see what Vancouver might look like as a red light district. And at least ten reasons why we should not legalize prostitution. Participants are invited to walk through the display and talk to resource people at learning centres throughout the display. Resource people include: TBA. We encourage discussion and information sharing. Panelists include:

Lee Lakeman, Vancouver Rape Relief and Women's Shelter
Janice Raymond, Coalition Against Trafficking in Women
Cherry Kingsley, International Centre to Combat Exploitation of Children
Lorina Serafico, Committee for Domestic Workers and Caregivers' Rights
Moderator: Shelagh Day, Poverty and Human Right Project
During this evening, panelists and participants will talk about how to prevent the prostitution of women, the international and intra-national trafficking of women, and alternatives to "red light district" style solutions to male-violence-against-women.
There will be an emphasis on discussion and answering questions posed to the panel by participants. Doors open for people to explore the redlight district display& learning centres: 6:30 PM
